1. Returns & Refunds Are Accepted If:
- The item is broken or defective upon arrival
- We sent the wrong item or size
2. Return Period Street Bicycle:
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date you receive your goods.
3. Return Requirements:
- Item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging
- Provide your order number and proof of the defect/wrong item
